ZC 777 Terms and Conditions – Rules, Policies & Player Agreement

1 Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing the ZC 777 website, creating a player account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZC 777.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the ZC 777 platform. Using the platform after any update to these terms — whether or not you have personally reviewed the updated version — constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. ZC 777 recommends that all players check this page periodically for updates.

2 Eligibility to Play at ZC 777

To register an account and play at ZC 777, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ZC 777 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will request documentary proof of age from any player where there is any doubt. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be permanently closed and any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable guidelines.
• You must be registering as an individual, acting on your own behalf. You may not register on behalf of another person, and you may not allow another person to use your account.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended ZC 777 account. Each player is permitted exactly one account. If you have previously been self-excluded from ZC 777 and your self-exclusion period has not expired, you are not eligible to register a new account.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of ZC 777 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You must not be using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to access ZC 777 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited. ZC 777 is intended for use by players located in jurisdictions where accessing and using the platform is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of ZC 777 is lawful in your location.

ZC 777 reserves the right to request documentary verification of eligibility at any time, including identity documents, proof of age, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending review.

3 Account Registration and Security

When registering a ZC 777 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one ZC 777 account. If it is discovered that a player holds multiple accounts — whether in their own name or using different identifying details — all accounts associated with that player will be closed. Any balances in those accounts will be forfeited, and any winnings generated through the use of multiple accounts will be voided. This policy exists to ensure fair play for all ZC 777 users and to prevent abuse of the bonus system.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ZC 777 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. ZC 777 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login information secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ZC 777 support immediately.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

ZC 777 conducts KYC verification in accordance with standard industry practice. You may be asked to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership at any stage of your relationship with ZC 777, including before your first withdrawal, if your account activity triggers a review, or as part of a routine compliance check. Verification documents typically include a valid CNIC, a selfie with the document, and a screenshot or statement from your registered payment method.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

ZC 777 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though ZC 777 reserves the right to apply limits on individual accounts as part of responsible gaming measures or compliance reviews.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. ZC 777 does not accept third-party deposits — funds sent from an account belonging to someone other than the registered ZC 777 account holder will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
• ZC 777 does not charge any fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond ZC 777's control.
• Deposits are generally credited to your ZC 777 account instantly for mobile wallet payments and within a few minutes for bank transfers. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact ZC 777 support with your transaction reference number.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your ZC 777 account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This requirement exists as a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of the request being submitted. During periods of high demand, processing may take up to 2 hours.
• IBFT bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–4 banking hours during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PKT).
• Visa and Mastercard withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.
• Before your first withdrawal, your account must pass ZC 777's standard KYC verification process. Withdrawal requests submitted before verification is complete will be held until verification is finalised.
• Withdrawals are only permitted from funds that represent cleared, real-money balances. Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. See Section 6 for bonus withdrawal conditions.

ZC 777 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation if there is any reason to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these terms. In such cases, ZC 777 will notify the account holder and provide a reasonable explanation for the delay.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

ZC 777 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms and conditions specific to each individual promotion in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms will take precedence.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• All bonus funds credited to your ZC 777 account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. Some promotions carry higher wagering requirements — always check the specific terms of each bonus.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your account if the requirement is not met within the stated timeframe.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time. You must complete or forfeit an existing bonus before claiming a new one, unless the bonus terms explicitly state otherwise.
• ZC 777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to accounts will not be affected by withdrawal of the general offer, but will remain subject to the terms under which they were granted.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. ZC 777 reserves the right to refuse, void, or modify any bonus where there is evidence that it is being used in a way that the promotion was not intended to facilitate, including through arbitrage strategies, low-risk hedging, or any form of bonus abuse.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New ZC 777 players who make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the welcome bonus currently advertised on the ZC 777 platform. Welcome bonus terms — including the exact match percentage, maximum bonus amount, eligible games, wagering requirement, and expiry period — are published on the promotions page and are subject to change. Check the current terms before depositing to claim a welcome offer.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets offered on ZC 777 operate under specific product rules that are accessible within each game or market interface. These general terms apply across all products unless superseded by product-specific rules.

• All bets placed on ZC 777 are final once confirmed. Players cannot cancel or amend a bet once it has been accepted by the system, except where a specific game or market explicitly allows it.
• ZC 777 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all digital casino and card games. Live dealer games use real physical equipment operated by professionally trained dealers in a controlled studio environment. Neither ZC 777 nor any third party can manipulate the outcome of any game.
• In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or disconnection during a game or bet, ZC 777 will attempt to restore the game to its last confirmed state. If this is not possible, ZC 777 will void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account. ZC 777 does not guarantee continuity of service and accepts no liability for losses arising from technical interruptions outside its reasonable control.
• ZC 777 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed or settled due to a manifest error — including obvious pricing errors in sports betting markets or incorrectly configured game parameters. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game interface. ZC 777 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits as part of responsible gaming or risk management measures.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ZC 777. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended and may have their funds forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

• Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with ZC 777 games, markets, or the platform interface.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinated betting in casino games, or sharing information in live dealer games.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or loopholes in ZC 777 game or platform code. Any winnings generated through known or suspected exploitation of errors are not valid and will be voided. Players who discover a bug are expected to report it to support immediately rather than exploit it.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions, account suspensions, or self-exclusion periods.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using ZC 777 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Using another person's payment method to fund your ZC 777 account or to process withdrawals.
• Attempting to access ZC 777 from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, through the use of a VPN, proxy server, or any other IP-masking technology.
• Making any false, misleading, or fraudulent claim to ZC 777 support regarding a transaction, game result, or account matter.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

ZC 777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without advance notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other illegal activity.
• Account inactivity. An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be considered dormant. ZC 777 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy fee or closure process.
• At the player's own request — including voluntary self-exclusion requests made through the responsible gaming tools.

If your account is closed for a reason other than a breach of terms, and you have a positive real-money balance at the time of closure, ZC 777 will return the balance to your registered payment method after completing any required verification and review process. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are not returned.

10 Responsible Gaming

ZC 777 takes its responsibility toward player welfare seriously. We are committed to providing tools and resources that help players manage their gaming activity in a healthy way. The following tools are available to all ZC 777 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Reducing a limit is instant; increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before it takes effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders that alert you after a specified period of continuous play. These are opt-in and configurable from your account settings.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary break from gaming for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, your account remains accessible for withdrawal only.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from ZC 777. A self-exclusion request will result in your account being closed and you being prevented from registering a new account for the duration of the exclusion. Minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed once processed.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

ZC 777 collects and processes personal data from its users in order to operate the platform, verify identity, process payments, provide customer support, and comply with applicable legal requirements. By registering a ZC 777 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. 12 Limitation of Liability

ZC 777 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform available, secure, and performing well, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service at all times. ZC 777 expressly disclaims liability for:

• Any loss of funds or data arising from technical failures, interruptions, or delays that are beyond ZC 777's reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues, payment processor outages, or third-party service disruptions.
• Any loss arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials or from unauthorised access to an account where ZC 777 cannot be reasonably held responsible.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind arising from use of the ZC 777 platform.
• Losses arising from a player's decision to gamble, including losses incurred as a result of that player's own betting decisions, regardless of the circumstances.

In all cases, ZC 777's maximum liability to any player for any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the incident, less any amounts already withdrawn during that period.

13 Changes to These Terms

ZC 777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, ZC 777 will provide reasonable notice through one or more of the following channels: an in-platform notification shown when you next log in, an email to your registered address, or a notice on the ZC 777 website.

Continued use of the ZC 777 platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to an update, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange withdrawal of any remaining balance before closing your account.
